Paradime Solutions was born from the joint desire of the founders to provide the community with organisation development, leadership and career development programmes designed to fit contemporary market requirements in a holistic, practical and simple manner.

During their travels through the fields of entrepreneurship, business and technology management, technology education and coaching, the founders realised that most leadership and career development programmes addressed academic topics, and many gave participants excessive detail, which was nice to know, felt good during the programme, but most learning was forgotten in a matter of weeks. Another awakening was that integration of Generation Y employees is crucial to organisation success.

This started a journey of creation of workshops and programmes enabling holistic learning and organisation growth. All solutions are designed to be fun, practical and easy to follow allowing enhanced recall and skill application. All Paradime programmes are intended to equip participants with knowledge and skills to handle real-life situations and are targeted to include Gen Y growth.
